The best routine is not the one with the most steps; it is the one you can repeat consistently. Keeping products within easy reach, choosing a clear time and understanding what each one does can make oral care a natural part of everyday life.

Step 1: Cover every surface without excessive force

Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste. Use gentle pressure and take around two minutes, moving systematically across inner, outer and chewing surfaces.

A hard brush or heavy pressure does not necessarily clean better and may irritate the gums. Choose a comfortable brush and replace it when the bristles begin to splay.

Step 2: Reach where a toothbrush cannot

Plaque can accumulate between teeth. Floss or another interdental cleaner once a day to complement brushing.

Begin with areas that are easy to reach, use a gentle technique and build consistency. Seek dental advice if bleeding or pain persists.

Step 3: Rinse to complement, not replace

Mouthwash can add a refreshed feeling, and specific products may offer benefits based on their ingredients. It cannot replace brushing and interdental cleaning.

Follow the dose and timing on the label, do not swallow it and ask a dental professional or pharmacist if you are unsure.
